Hosted or integrated
Two ways to work with us, the same software, one flat price per society.
| Hosted | Integrated | |
|---|---|---|
| For | Societies without a website, or ready to replace theirs | Societies already running WordPress |
| We do | Set up and run your website and herdbook: updates, backups, security | Install and configure Herdbook Hub on your site, then updates and support |
| Hosting | In the EU, with the provider that suits you. Come and discuss your requirements with us. | Your own host |
| Online shop | Optional: subscriptions, animal registrations, society merchandise | Optional, with WooCommerce on your site |
| Your data | A separate database for your society, exportable at any time | In your own database |
| How you pay | Setup and migration, then a yearly subscription | Setup and migration, then a yearly support and updates contract |
Included in both
- Migration of your existing data, quoted once we have seen it
- Certificate templates with your logo and signature
- Training for your registrar and board
- No fees per user and no fees per animal
Optional, quoted separately
- A link to another country’s national database
- Additional certificate designs
- A new language
- Features specific to your society
Requirements for the integrated offer
A current WordPress version, PHP 8.1 or newer, and MySQL or MariaDB. WooCommerce is optional: it is only needed if members pay online, for example for membership or competition entries. We install everything else.
Prices depend on the size of your herdbook and the work needed. Tell us about your society and we will send you a quote.
