Herdbook and sections Available
Animals, pedigrees and offspring, with herdbook sections set per breed. Every animal has its own permanent page that can be shared and bookmarked.
Photos and documents Available
Photos and documents can be added to each animal’s page, such as show awards, import papers or health certificates. Owners can add their own photographs and documents, and your society approves them before they are shown.
Zootechnical certificates Available
PDF zootechnical certificates compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/1012, for each herdbook section and ear-tag prefix, with your society’s logo and signature. Certificates can be issued in several languages.
Registration workflow Available
Breeders send registration requests online. Your team reviews them in stages, and every change is recorded: who changed what, and when.
National database Available
Linked to the French national cattle database, with a weekly upload. A link to another country’s database can be added as a project.
International search Available
Search foreign herdbooks (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Germany) for imported animals and their pedigrees. Which herdbooks can be searched depends on the breed and the country.
Members and memberships Available
An online membership form each year, with optional online payment through your society’s shop. Audits can show you payment status, where forms might be missing and give you further statistics about your membership.
Animals for sale Available
Breeders can list animals for sale directly from the animal’s page, optionally adding price and sales text. Your society approves each listing before it is shown.
Competitions Available
Competitions with classes by age, sex, breed and section, and optional paid entries. Online entry by breeders Coming
Roles and audit Available
Separate roles for the registrar, reviewers, sales, competitions and a read-only board view. One person can hold several roles. Changes to access are recorded.
Reports and exports Available
Spreadsheet exports are available of members’ data and of the animals in the herdbook.
DNA records Coming
DNA test results recorded on each animal’s page, such as parentage verification and genetic tests.
Inbreeding and kinship Coming
Inbreeding coefficients and kinship between animals, calculated from the pedigrees in your herdbook, to help breeders plan matings.
Bulk mailing to members Coming
Send an email to all your members, or to a selected group, straight from the herdbook.
